How to use Microsoft Word to write up your exhibits

 

  1. Set up the margins of the page

 

                  Top:  0.6"                                  Bottom: 0.38"

                  Left:  0.6"                                     Right:  0.6"

               Gutter:   0"                       Gutter position:   Left

  

   2.  Font use either Times New Roman (serif lettering) or Arial (sans serif lettering).

         Try to avoid fancy letter style.

 
                Introduction page - Title use font size 16, contents use font size 11 or 12
                Main heading of each page - use font size 14
                Descriptions of stamps and covers on page - use font size 10 - 12
                Italics or bold lettering can be used to highlight rarities.
 
  1. Use insert table to write up your page
